Caroline joined Hyperion in 2000 and has been a major player in the development of custom education for Hyperion customers across Europe.

As a Custom Education Specialist, Caroline has worked with hundreds of customers to deliver blended education solutions for administrators and end users across the Hyperion product portfolio on a global basis.

Caroline is a member of the Institute of IT Training and is a training development and delivery professional. She has a keen interest in instructional design and has thousands of hours of technology-based learning development behind her. She has a long history within commercial education and a vast knowledge of Performance Management and Business Intelligence software.
