Self-Paced Multimedia Learning
As a complement to both user classroom training and virtual training, we offer two customised multimedia learning tools that can support your rollout to end users. Both solutions can be delivered on CD, over your corporate intranet or can be hosted by Keyteach with an assessment and student tracking.
Self-paced multimedia is ideal for all users of your system both during the implementation and as an on-going source of reference for existing and new users. This resource is also particularly useful for users whose native language is not English, as it allows them to revisit modules of the training after the classroom session and replay as required. Our self-paced learning is modular by design allowing users to take only those topics that are required for their job role.
Standard Multimedia
A multimedia demonstration that illustrates the required actions to perform a series of tasks or processes using your application. Voice-over narration supplements the demonstration. The Standard Multimedia package is normally limited to 20 key procedural tasks and is a cost effective way of providing a customised on-line learning for smaller implementations.
Premium Multimedia
Our Premium Multimedia is customised to meet your exact training needs and can be translated via voice-over or subtitles. In addition to using this platform for instructional knowledge transfer through demonstration and customised hands-on workshops designed around your system processes, additional content regarding project objectives is normally incorporated to enhance user acceptance of your new solution. The Premium package can also be combined with an executive sponsorship video to further enhance the consistent communication around the implementation.
