Cancellation Policy

Cancellation MUST be made at least five (5) business days before your course is due to start.

In the event Keyteach is notified of a cancellation less than five (5) business days before a class, we will charge fifty percent of the tuition cost of training. If no cancellation notice is given, we will charge one hundred percent of the cost of training.

Keyteach will provide notification of cancellation by phone and email at least ten (10) business days in advance of the scheduled class. In the event of a cancellation, Keyteach is not responsible for any non-refundable charges or fees incurred as a result of changing or cancelling airline or hotel reservations.  

Terms and Conditions

Keyteach Ltd warrants that competent persons exercising skills appropriate to their function will perform the training. Where it is shown within one month of completion of the training, Keyteach Ltd is in breach of this warranty Keyteach shall repay to the customer the price paid for training. This is the customer's sole remedy for breach of warranty and is in lieu of any warranty or condition express or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Keyteach Ltd shall not be responsible for failure to meet any training obligations undertaken due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Copyright for all standard training materials used shall remain the property of Keyteach Ltd. Invoices will be raised during the delivery of the training course and are to be paid within 30 days. All invoices issued will be sent directly to your Accounts Payable department. Keyteach reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class due to low registrations. 

The Agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes between the parties arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and/or any further agreements resulting here from shall be exclusively brought before the appropriate Court of England.
